As part of the ongoing development of the site Tierra were engaged on a Design and Build contract to build a new administration block comprising reception, offices, staff facilities and storage areas.
The existing viewing gallery was extended to form a large dividable meeting space with decks and separate access. A temporary first-aid space was removed and a dedicated first-aid and physiotherapy room built in its place.
The existing outdoor arena was covered with a waterproof shade structure and LED lighting was installed to transform it into an all-weather space and lighting installed to the existing indoor arena.
